Shaia, she has been more or less wrongly accused. It has been brought to my attention that the killings that she has done that has made her an outlaw she had no control over. She was under the control of a very powerful necromancer by the name of Danuthal. As you may know Shaia was one of the Citizen Guard who assisted myself and a few others when we were trying to take back Num For. Danuthal, after seeing her demonstration of talent, is said to have wanted to start performing experiments on people such as Shaia in hopes of making an undead army. Word is also said he is trying to form a school of Necromancy to gain even more power and followers.

So I request that charges be waved for Shaia and we should focus our attention on the threat of this powerful Necromancer.

Yes, I think she is innocent myself. I have had reports and other sources that make this sound plausible. We need to bring this wizard in for questioning. I'll make sure Savreen or one of the other Justicars is there. If he has used magics on her, it is a crime and he will have to stand trial for it.

He was disappeared alot so I don't have a good description of him. I do know he was wearing black and have two flaming swords. When he spoke, he hissed like a snake or something like that. *starts babbling about the events* We saw a flash of him at Bishop's Keep where he basically demanded 20,000 gold or die. I believe he would have killed us whether or not we gave him the money. We turn invisible and ran to Tanamerah. He attacked Udo, my little friend, at the fountain. I ran to Traveler's Rest. After a rest, a woman with hat and wings tried to help me with this man. When I told what he did and looked like, she said it sounded like a friend of hers that died. I think she said he name was Cuts.
He did kill me at the Rest but Kailah saved me from the light. I had to flee and go into hiding. Thankfully he doesn't know my name, just my face.*finally runs down* How do fight someone you can't see?

The Guard - *takes many notes while you speak, he waits till your done and says* "Your description matches that of someone who is already wanted. We are doing every thing we can to catch him. But as you know he is quite difficult to track down. I will file this with my captain at once. Do not worry we will bring him to justice, the guard always gets their man. Let me know if you remember anything else. I'm off to the Traveler's rest to speak with the staff"
