If you have not seen it, we are coming out of Beta on August 31st. This means a few things will happen that day now since the patch was released.

1. We will have a server vault wipe of all characters.
2. We will be updating to version 1.69
3. We will be updating to CEP version 2.1
4. We will be updating to newer hardware.

On August 1st the module will be frozen: what this means is there will be no more updates to the mod, no player rewards no areas nothing. Unless a major bug is found that just has to be dealt with. So if your player areas or items are not in by then they will not be going in.

I will be spending most of August making sure the server / module is ready for the August 31st deadline.

I was going to put up a poll to see if you wanted to do this sooner but I decided August 31st was soon enough and would give me enough time to make things work right before releasing it to the public.

In the coming weeks I will post How To's for updating your games to be able to play in the improved and updated Arcana.

I will also be selecting beta testers for Arcana - 1.69, CEP 2.1 game to help me with it.

All payment and player building requests will have to be in to me by Sunday July 10, so they can be slated for addition to the world for the Wednesday July 16th update. The following week I will be out of town for a work trip, so this would leave 1 more update before the freeze, which I will use to tie up any loose ends on the previous submission and 40th level player reward creations.

no new requests at this point, Arhim has alot of work to do with what is on his plate now. The people how have paid and are already working with him will have their projects completed.

But we are not going to startup any new guilds, housing or land projects till after August 31st.
