I for got to a add the spawn point in the right place you cannot get to these yet

If you get assigned the evil quests and do not have a high enough persuade, intimidate, or bluff then the man will not give the money he is supposed to. Can you go back after gaining more levels and raising your skills? When I went back the man was gone. I do not know how to complete this quest now. Didn't know if anyone else had trouble with it.

just hit him once and he will give it up for you im not kidding once you hit him combat will be stopped and you can talk to him again in a few seconds and he will give you the money.
